Who We Are

The UW Investment Group is an student-run organization that manages two portfolios: D.A. Davidson and Husky Traders. Every quarter, members of the Investment Group conduct thorough research into pre-identified sectors to find stocks they believe will outperform our current portfolio holdings. Members then craft investment pitches which are voted on by the Investment Committee. These pitches are published in the quarterly investor letter - check them out below to learn more about how these decisions are made!

Pick the Best Companies

Husky Traders is an ever-growing portfolio created from alumni, student, and outside donor contributions. With the Investment Group having 501(c)(3) status, Husky Traders aims to fund scholarships for exceptional UWIG members who have demonstrated initiative in the organization.
