Virtual Meetings
In light of recent developments and guidance from Foster leadership, UWFA will continue to meet online until February. Find answers to your questions below.
Inquiries about passcodes for the Thursday meetings will be actively monitored until 5:05 PM each Thursday. Passcode emails are sent out prior to noon every Thursday, if you have not received the passcode by then please email us at uwfinanceassociation@gmail.com as early as possible.
Tuesday Meetings
Our Tuesday meetings have always been open to members and non-members alike, as such the zoom link will not require a code. Attendance will be taken automatically by the operations teams. Our education team is making every effort to modify each weeks content to best fit our virtual shift, including the use of breakout rooms to facilitate interaction between members.
Thursday Meetings
Our Thursday meetings will continue to be restricted to members of UWFA as they have been in the past. While the zoom link will remain the same, each week on Thursday morning we will send an access code for that evening's meeting directly to every paid member's email address. If you do not receive an email with the code by noon, check your spam folder before emailing us via uwfinanceassociation@gmail.com with your full name and uw email. Please do your best to have cameras on and professional dress. Attendance will be taken automatically by our operations teams. As usual members must be present for more than 1/2 of the meeting for attendance to count towards requirements.
